If a client requires a complete system backup then reinstallation of the Operating System because of hardware failure or any other problem that would require a reinstall I have a fixed hourly rate of £20.00, a complete reinstallation can be 4 hours on average so £80

However, if a job is going to take longer than expected because of an unforeseen problem that may have arose the customer will be duly notified via email or by telephone I will also notify the customer if their is any hold up with parts or accessories.

Payment Options/Disclaimer.

I will only except cash or a cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card, and in return the customer will receive a receipt for work carried out, component guarantees are held by the supplier of any hardware installed, my work has a 3month standard guarantee that will be upheld unless the customer has mistreated their equipment in any way then this would make any guarantees void.
